Know your numbers

Catch problems early, with a plan you understand.

The best time to find a health issue is before it becomes one. Our preventative panels give you and your physician a clear picture of your health — blood sugar, vitamins, blood counts, hormones, cancer markers and more.

Bloodwork is drawn on-site at both locations, and your board-certified physician reviews every result with you — what it means and what to do next.

At a glance

  • On-site blood draws at both clinics
  • Every result reviewed by a board-certified physician
  • Cash-friendly pricing, most insurance accepted
  • Clear next steps — never just a number

Tests & panels

Screenings and panels we offer.

Tap any panel to see what's included. Your physician recommends the right ones for you — then explains every result.

Annual Wellness Exam & Blood Panel

Start here — a yearly, whole-picture check-up.

The cornerstone of preventative care: a comprehensive blood panel plus a physical exam with your physician. Most insurance covers the annual wellness visit 100%, once per year — $300 cash if you're uninsured.

  • A1c — blood sugar
  • Vitamin D
  • Complete blood count (CBC)
  • Cholesterol / lipid panel
  • Comprehensive metabolic panel
  • Thyroid (TSH)
  • Physical exam
  • PAP smear

Cancer marker panel

Tumor markers, drawn from blood and reviewed by your physician.

Measures AFP, CA 125, CA 15-3, CA 19-9 and CEA — markers that can flag signs associated with several cancers. It's a screening aid, not a diagnosis; elevated markers are reviewed and followed up by your physician.

  • Ovarian
  • Breast
  • Pancreatic
  • Colorectal
  • Stomach & GI

H. pylori breath test

A quick, non-invasive test for a common stomach bacteria.

H. pylori is linked to ulcers, gastritis, and long-term stomach problems — and easily treated once it's found. The breath test is simple and needs no needles.

  • Ulcers
  • Gastritis
  • Chronic stomach pain
  • Non-invasive

Comprehensive hormone test

A full panel to get to the root of how you feel.

Thyroid, testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, cortisol and more — to explain fatigue, mood, sleep, weight, and libido changes. $275 cash.

  • Thyroid
  • Testosterone
  • Estrogen
  • Progesterone
  • Cortisol
  • Fatigue & sleep

Skin biopsy

A quick in-office sample of a suspicious mole or spot.

We sample a suspicious mole, spot, or lesion so it can be examined in a lab — an important step for catching skin cancer early.

  • Moles
  • Suspicious spots
  • Lesions
  • Early skin cancer

Not sure which tests you need? Your physician recommends the right panel based on your age, history, and goals.

What we screen for

Frequently asked questions

Testing questions, answered.

Do I need to fast before my blood test?

Some panels — like blood sugar (glucose/A1c) and cholesterol — are most accurate when you fast beforehand. We'll tell you exactly what's needed when you book, so there are no surprises.

Does insurance cover these tests?

We accept most major insurance and Medicare. Annual wellness visits are typically covered 100% once per year; other panels vary by plan. If you're uninsured, we offer transparent cash pricing, and our team will help you understand your options.

What does the cancer marker panel actually tell me?

It measures tumor markers (AFP, CA 125, CA 15-3, CA 19-9, CEA) in your blood that can be associated with certain cancers. It's a screening aid, not a diagnosis — your physician interprets the results in context and orders any follow-up that's needed.

How do I get my results?

Your physician reviews every result with you and explains what it means and what to do next. Results are also available in your secure patient portal.

Can I get tested the same day?

Often, yes — many draws and tests are done on-site at your visit, and same-day or next-day appointments are frequently available at both Flower Mound and Carrollton.

Get ahead of your health.

Request an appointment or call us — we'll help you choose the right panel and get you scheduled, often the same day.
