What is a primary care physician (PCP)?
A PCP is your first point of contact for everyday health — physicals, sick visits, chronic condition management, screenings, and coordinating any specialist care you need. A consistent PCP knows your full history and helps you stay healthy over the long term.
Do I need a referral to become a patient?
No referral is needed to establish care. Simply request an appointment online or call (972) 410-0042, and we'll get you scheduled — often the same or next day.
Can I get labs done at the clinic?
Yes. We offer in-clinic bloodwork at both locations, so many tests are done on-site for faster results and fewer trips.
Do you manage chronic conditions like diabetes or high blood pressure?
Yes. Managing chronic conditions is a core part of primary care. Our physicians build a personalized plan with regular follow-up, labs, and medication management to keep you on track.
Can I get a same-day appointment?
